  • Most projects are completed within 3–10 business days, depending on the service. Web design projects can range between 3-6 weeks. Turnaround begins once all materials are received.

  • Yes. All packages include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may be available at a fee if needed.

  • Due to the custom nature of design work, all sales are final once a project has started.

  • Yes! All completed designs come with full commercial usage rights once payment is received.

POLICIES

Please understand that these policies are in place to protect myself and my business while providing you with a quality design experience. Before booking any services, please read thoroughly. Thank you for considering me to be your graphic designer!

1. General Terms

• All communication, proofs, and files will be delivered digitally via email or your preferred contact method.

• You acknowledge that SNRGY retains the right to showcase completed works in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Booking & Payments

For our core four services, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment plans such as Klarna and Sezzle will be available at checkout.

• For web design services, a non-refundable deposit (40%) is required to secure your spot on our design schedule.

• Final payment is due before any final files are delivered.

• No work will begin until the deposit is received and the project terms are agreed upon.

• Payment plans will be available for large projects—must be discussed upfront.

3. Revisions & Edits

• Each design includes a set number of revisions (typically 2 free revisions unless otherwise stated).

• Additional revisions will incur a fee based upon complexity. Fee prices will be stated in your follow-up email, post booking.

• Revisions must be requested within 3 business days of receiving the proof. After this, the project may be considered closed.

4. Client Responsibilities

• High-quality, unfiltered photos must be submitted for all custom artwork (e.g., cover art, product mockups).

• All text, logos, or design inspiration must be provided before the project begins.

• SNRGY is not responsible for errors once a design is approved.

5. Copyright & Usage

• Final designs are for personal or commercial use, depending on the service agreed upon.

• SNRGY does not offer trademarking, illustration, or printing services.

• Clients may not resell or redistribute the design files without written permission.

• Designs cannot be altered by third parties under any circumstances.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If a client cancels after work has started, a partial refund may be issued at SNRGY’s discretion, minus time/labor already invested.

• If SNRGY must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

7. Client Abandonment & Project Reinstatement

• If a client becomes unresponsive for 7 consecutive days without prior notice, the project will be considered abandoned.

• Abandoned projects are archived, and no further work will continue until a $50 reinstatement fee is paid to reopen the project.

• After 30 days of no contact, the project is closed entirely, and a new booking (with a deposit) will be required to start over.

8. File Delivery

• Final designs will be sent in the following formats:

.png, .jpeg, .pdf (and .svg/.psd where applicable)

Web files in RGB; print files in CMYK

• It is the client’s responsibility to download and save all files within 7 days of delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

SNRGY is not liable for:

• Print/color discrepancies due to third-party printing services.

• Delays caused by the client’s late submission of materials.

• Misuse or unauthorized modifications of designs after delivery.

10. Agreement

By booking or submitting payment to SNRGY, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
